Grammy Awards 2019: Lady Gaga si aggiudica tre premi, ecco tutti i vincitori

È arrivato il momento dei premi dedicati al settore musicale statunitense

Mentre in Italia l’attenzione era tutta dedicata a Sanremo e al suo vincitore Mahmood, allo Staples Center di Los Angeles venivano assegnati i tanti attesi Grammy Awards, i più importanti premi dedicati al settore musicale statunitense. Lady Gaga era tra i nomi favoriti di questa edizione ma è stata superata dal rapper Childish Gambino.

La cantante aveva ottenuto quattro candidature tra le categorie principali - Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Pop Solo Performance e Best Pop Duo/Group Performance - ma è riuscita a portare a casa solo quest’ultimo premio. Shallow, la canzone cantata da Lady Gaga e Bradley Cooper nel film A star is born è stata considerata il miglior duetto pop del 2018. Tra i premi minori, invece, ha vinto il Best Pop Solo Performance e il Best Song Written for Visual Media.

Dua Lipa è stata premiata come miglior nuovo artista dell’anno, mentre l’album più importante è stato Golden Hour della cantautrice Kacey Musgraves. Il vero protagonista della serata è stato Donald Glover - pseudonimo di Childish Gambino - che si è portato a casa ben quattro premi, due in categorie principali come il Record of the Year e il Song of the Year e due “minori”, il Best Music Video e Best Rap/Sung Performance.
